• Order & delivery details — items purchased, shipping and billing addresses, and order history.
• Payment information — payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment confirmation and reference, but never store your full card or bank details.
• Usage data — basic technical information (such as device and browser type) and cookies needed to operate the store.

2. How we use your information

• To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders and issue any refunds.
• To send transactional emails — sign-in codes, order confirmations, and shipping updates.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in (you can opt out anytime).
• To protect against fraud and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Sharing your information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store — our payment processor (Razorpay), shipping and logistics partners, and email delivery providers — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
