Shipping Policy

1. Processing time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During limited releases or peak periods, dispatch may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated by email.

2. Shipping methods & rates

• Standard shipping — complimentary on orders over ₹5,000; a flat rate applies below that threshold, calculated and shown at checkout.
• Express shipping — available at checkout for faster delivery at an additional charge.

Applicable taxes are included in the price shown at checkout.

3. Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, standard orders within India usually arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Express orders arrive sooner. Estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.

4. Order tracking

You can follow your order’s status any time from your account, or via the tracking link in your confirmation and shipping emails.

5. Damaged or lost in transit

We pack fragile glass vessels carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to redirect a parcel once dispatched, and re-delivery for an incorrect address may incur additional charges.

7. International orders
